Co-Founder of Lemonilo
Michigan University graduate Ronald Wijaya has a bachelor’s and a master’s in Industrial Engineering. Upon graduation, Wijaya worked at Indonesian confectionery and beverage company PT. United Family Food, first as an Operations Manager and then as a Project Manager. He was also a volunteer on a missionary trip to Kolkata, India, to help underprivileged children and youths. Wijaya continues to work in Lemonilo, the health food company that was born from Konsula’s pivot, and is currently co-CEO of the company.

COO and co-founder of Xendit
Tessa Wijaya joined Indonesian fintech Xendit as co-founder and COO in 2016, a year after the payment gateway startup graduated from the Y Combinator program and launched its platform in Indonesia.Wijaya obtained a master’s in philosophy from the University of Sydney in 2006 after graduating from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs in 2003. She returned to Indonesia and worked as a corporate development officer for over three years. In 2010, she became an analyst at Principia Management Group and Fairways Investment Group, both being Southeast Asia-focused investment firms. In 2013, Wijaya went on to work as an associate at Singapore-based investment firm Mizuho Asia Partners for over three years before joining Xendit back in Jakarta.

Before founding the smart vehicle tracking app Trax Center, Hendy Wijaya had worked in the automotive industry for five years, from distributing spare parts to managing repair shops and car rentals. Based on his work experience in the industry, Hendy felt that the vehicle tracking systems that were available in the Indonesian market were inferior. He saw an opportunity to develop a better vehicle tracking solution and created Trax Center. The smart vehicle tracking system was jointly developed with two friends, a software developer Hadi Darmanto and a consumer behavior analyst Ganjar Setyanegara.

Made Dimas Astra Wijaya was a former assistant vice president at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He left the bank after four years in 2015 and joined Jay Jayawijayaningtyas to set up Ahlijasa. He has an Information Systems degree from the Singapore Management University and a master’s in Computing from the National University of Singapore.

Hadi Darmanto is a software developer with over 10 years of experience. He graduated in 2001, with a degree in Information Technology from the Universitas Padjadjaran in Indonesia. In 2005, Hadi co-founded Asta Global Informatika, a custom software and hardware development company. He also joined Hendy Wijaya and Ganjar Satyanegara to establish the vehicle tracking app Trax Center in 2014. Hadi then left Asta Global Informatika to become the CEO and CTO of Trax Center in 2016.

After working as a banking and finance associate at Allen & Overy Indonesia, and as a law associate at Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, Nurfauzia received the prestigious Indonesia Endowment Fund For Education Scholarship to Harvard Law School. Post-Harvard, Nurfauzia worked as a consultant to the Indonesian government sustainability program (REDD+) before founding the healthcare platform Konsula. She started her first business at 14 years old, a pancake business, and then a luxury bag reseller business.After Konsula pivoted to health food company Lemonilo, Nurfauzia remained at the company. She is currently Lemonilo’s co-CEO, sharing the role with Ronald Wijaya.
